1. PRICES

All the prices shown in our products are always including taxes.

The prices published on the website may be revised and modified if the conditions require it at any time.

2. PRODUCTS ON OFFER

All the products that are in promotion at a special price will be shown on the web with the offer price and the usual price. These offers will be available until the end of stock or end of the promotion.

Offers are not cumulative to other offers, except in cases of special coupons or specific cases where specified. In case of non-cumulative offers, the offer with the highest discount will always be applied.

3. WARRANTY

The products have the legal guarantee of 2 years for new articles.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of material or wear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this warranty.

The repair, payment or replacement will take place within a maximum period of 3 months.

4. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery times are computed counting working days (Monday to Friday) and can be altered by local or national holidays. If the chosen form of payment is a bank transfer, these terms can be modified, since the order will be sent when we have the confirmation of the bank transfer.

The shipments are made by courier (Seur), the delivery times are from 1 to 3 days in the Peninsular shipments and from 2 to 7 days for shipments abroad. For all products where a different delivery period is not specified.

Free shipping on orders of more than:
- € 75 for peninsular and Balearic shipments (Spain).
- € 100 for shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla (Spain). *
- € 150 for shipments abroad.

* For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will always be charged 49 € of customs charges.

ATTENTION:

- In no case will be sent to postal sections.
- On certain dates such as Christmas, Kings, bridges or holidays, we do not guarantee that the delivery is made on time, due to the volume of merchandise of the transport agencies or decrease of the days of service.
- In case of adverse weather conditions, we do not guarantee that delivery will be made within the deadline.
- It reserves the right to modify the delivery terms and the type of delivery without prior notice in the case of extraordinary orders or special cases.

5. RETURNS

We have a customer service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient service to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.

You have to send us the product in perfect conditions, without using it and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, and instructions for use. The return shipment to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer but in case of change, you will not have to pay the shipping costs of the new order.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, and the amount will be refunded in accordance with the payment method, and, if applicable, the shipment of the new product:

6. PAYMENT METHODS

At the time of making the purchase will automatically show the forms of payment available for your order:

CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

Credit card transactions are 100% secure. All transactions involving the transfer of banking data are made using a secure environment, through the Stripe payment gateway.

The data on your credit card is not registered in any of your own databases, but are directly managed by the Stripe payment gateway.

When paying by card you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, a validation code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card, and the postal code, offering, in this way, more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

In case of fraudulent payments with a credit card, legal actions will be taken.

BANK TRANSFER

When selecting the bank transfer as a means of payment, you will receive, along with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail where you will be informed of the account number in which to make the bank transfer in the name of Windsurfer's Paradise S.L.

It is very important that you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days after the date of confirmation of the order to validate it.

If you wish, you can send us the proof of the transfer by e-mail to shop@radz-hawaii.com. But in any case, the order will not be considered effective until our administration department has no bank confirmation of the transfer.

Do not forget that you must make the payment in EUROS and that all possible exchange and banking commissions run on your own when you opt for this payment system. In the case of bank transfers made from abroad it is very important that when ordering the transfer always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions at the source, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your entity.
